Leads regional data analytics delivery for Global Business Services, including advanced analysis, reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, data governance, and executive decision support. Collaborates with Finance, Payroll, HRIS, IT, Legal, and global stakeholders; provides compensation recommendations; models data; supports audits, regulatory projects, system enhancements, and executive disclosures. Requires strong analytical, project management, organizational, communication, and advanced Excel skills.
