Manages complex data center networking environments involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZs, DDI, routing protocols, and modern switching architectures. Collaborates with clients, vendors, Smart Hands, project managers, and internal teams to meet service-level objectives, resolve issues, improve deployment processes, and enhance service delivery.

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Industrial Manufacturing sector, generate and onboard new logos, build and manage sales pipelines, negotiate IT services contracts, and grow client revenues. The role requires developing industry relationships, coordinating proposals and delivery handoffs, overseeing account performance and profitability, identifying margin improvements, and collaborating with sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams.
