Manages electrical distribution projects from order placement through delivery and billing. Coordinates customers, sales teams, vendors, and leadership on pricing, shipments, backorders, claims, returns, documentation, and customer issues. Reviews purchase orders, maintains project communication, supports quotations and proposals, improves margins through vendor selection and product substitutions, and ensures delivery schedules, product quality, and project requirements are met.

Conducts inside telephone and email sales, processes quotes and orders, manages customer relationships, prospects for new accounts, supports outside sales, answers product and application questions, and resolves customer issues.
