The Senior Director, Legal provides strategic legal support for U.S. and global operations, focusing on employment law, litigation management, and commercial risk. This role advises on various HR and operational legal matters, manages litigation, and collaborates closely with several departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.

Monitor real-time contact center activity, manage service escalations, produce intraday and productivity reports, analyze forecast vs. actuals, identify scheduling gaps, and provide performance insights to WFM, operations, and client stakeholders.
