Leads North American electrical engineering and design for data center development projects. Partner with Operations, COOs, Engineering, Finance, and OEMs to translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks and drive continuous improvement and data-driven maintenance approaches.

Supports annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and capital expenditure planning. Partners with budget owners and business leaders to maintain accurate forecasts, monitor spending and commitments, identify risks and funding opportunities, and explain financial results. The role also reconciles data, maintains audit-ready documentation, prepares dashboards and leadership reports, and improves planning processes and controls.
