Support and supervise account onboarding, approval, and lifecycle maintenance for an introducing broker-dealer platform. Review complex account structures, execute ownership and tax documentation changes, handle transfers (ACATS/non-ACATS), perform Series 24 supervisory reviews and exceptions, partner with client service and advisors, identify and escalate risks, and help implement workflow automation (Salesforce and AI-enabled) while maintaining audit-ready documentation and controls.

Partners with finance, operations, product, delivery, and technology teams to improve data controls, operational efficiency, analytics, and authoritative datasets. Oversees run-the-bank production data operations and change-the-bank transformation programs, establishes operating models and KPIs, manages solution delivery teams, drives adoption, and develops internal talent.

Manage a portfolio of initiatives supporting Alternatives Fund Services, including project plans, business cases, product roadmaps, requirements, wireframes, schedules, dependencies, and status reporting. Facilitate cross-functional forums, support change management, analyze business and technical requirements, improve program-management processes with AI, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders, technology teams, business owners, clients, and scrum teams.

Lead strategy and execution for State Street Digital’s custody operations, including sub-custody and self-custody processes, reporting, SLAs, risk metrics, process documentation, and change management. Partner with product, technology, governance, risk, compliance, delivery, sales, and external vendors to launch scalable digital asset services. The role requires institutional traditional-asset operations knowledge, hands-on digital asset and wallet experience, distributed ledger understanding, and business transformation expertise.

Owns end-to-end architecture for a major generative AI platform and shared AI services. Responsibilities include designing model integrations, APIs, data flows, orchestration, RAG and agentic workflows; defining architecture standards, integration contracts, and non-functional requirements; ensuring security, resilience, compliance, governance, observability, and scalability; and conducting architecture reviews and proof-of-concept assessments. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, cloud, security, and control teams to deliver production-ready enterprise AI systems.
