Manage enterprise cybersecurity customer accounts, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, develop territory sales strategies, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. The role includes managing RFIs/RFPs, coordinating sales, technical support, and account teams, conducting business and executive reviews, resolving customer issues, tracking leads and SLAs, processing orders, and representing the company at conferences. Travel is required.

Manage relationships with SME customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals and upsells, oversee deployment of services, perform technical checkups, collect customer feedback for product teams, and coordinate with Support and Pre-Sales. Success measured by renewal and upsell rates and customer satisfaction.

The Account Executive will drive new sales targeting Small to Medium Enterprises, managing the sales cycle, building relationships, and achieving bookings objectives.
