Lead performance testing for Appian-based enterprise applications: design and execute test plans and scripts, analyze results across application, database, and infrastructure layers, diagnose bottlenecks, gather SLA/throughput requirements, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate scalability and reliability.
