Leads enrollment analytics across admissions, financial aid, and student success. Builds Tableau dashboards, tracks KPIs, extracts and analyzes Snowflake data using SQL and Python or R, and translates findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders and executives. The Chair of Bass leads the Bass Department at Berklee College of Music, overseeing academic direction, faculty support, curriculum development, and resource management while engaging with students and the music industry.

Supports Berklee Global’s daily office operations, program applications, participant payments, database maintenance, reporting, travel coordination, communications, and social media content. The role also assists with email marketing, responds to program inquiries, coordinates student employee tasks, and supports departmental projects and partnerships. Strong organization, interpersonal communication, customer service, data entry, and confidentiality are essential.
