Leads the Recruitment & Enrollment Solutions portfolio, including subscription pricing, packaging, governance, policy, provisioning, compliance, and product enablement. Translates customer and usage data into portfolio strategy and product recommendations, oversees subscription launches and operational workflows, and partners with Legal, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Owns system roadmaps, prioritizes enhancements, manages implementations, coordinates stakeholders and consultants, supports releases, and maintains data integrity.
