Manage performance, reliability, and accountability for high-volume messaging programs. Build dashboards and alerting, run ad hoc analyses, coordinate incident response and vendor testing, conduct post-incident reviews, and maintain documentation and compliance tracking to inform program decisions and improvements.

Manage and implement RCT experiments and mobilization programs: develop plans and timelines, coordinate with Program and Data teams, evaluate experiment success, source content and messengers, manage contractors, conduct research on target universes and legislation, synthesize findings, and present learnings across teams to drive Democratic vote outcomes.

The QC Manager will oversee the integrity of the Neighborhood Captains program, managing quality control of data, conducting voter verifications, managing plant networks, and providing actionable feedback to organizers to enhance program efficacy.
