Build and own Mixam's lifecycle and retention engine across email, SMS, loyalty, segmentation, testing, and HubSpot. Design interventions, run A/B tests, measure LTV and reactivation, optimise journeys, launch SMS, assess tech stack, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive repeat purchases and revenue.
