Provide technical, customer-facing support for Allium's data platform: troubleshoot SQL queries, data pipelines, APIs and integrations; diagnose warehouse and delivery issues; collaborate with engineering to fix bugs; write documentation and automate troubleshooting; triage incidents per SLAs and build AI-native support tools.

The Revenue Operations Manager will enhance revenue performance, streamline systems, ensure data quality, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support Allium's growth.
