Own Highland’s full-funnel growth marketing engine, including paid media, SEO/AEO, email, web conversion, analytics, and marketing automation. Lead the digital agency relationship, manage media budgets, optimize campaigns and landing pages, improve data integrity, develop audience segmentation and ABM programs, and translate performance insights into growth experiments and recommendations. This senior individual contributor partners with Sales, content, brand, PR, and web teams to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and marketing-sourced revenue.

Lead Highland’s brand narrative, content engine, integrated campaigns, and LA28 Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship activation. Direct internal creatives, agencies, and production teams; manage content planning, approvals, and asset libraries; develop product positioning and sales collateral; support stakeholder advocacy; and measure campaign performance. The role translates complex electrification offerings into compelling messaging for school districts, municipalities, fleet operators, and community stakeholders.
