The Business Analyst elicits and analyzes domain requirements, business rules, workflows, and stakeholder knowledge for government software engagements. The role produces validated documentation, identifies gaps and ambiguities, tracks changes, facilitates stakeholder sessions, and ensures developers and QA teams have accurate requirements. This remote position requires collaboration across business and technical teams, Agile/Scrum familiarity, strong documentation skills, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for Public Trust determination and DoD system access.

Develop and maintain a TypeScript and Node.js application in a federal AWS environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting defects across frontend, APIs, databases, integrations, containers, and cloud services; performing root-cause analysis; deploying secure fixes; supporting releases and incidents; and collaborating with Test Engineers. The role also tunes and evaluates AI models, prompts, workflows, retrieval settings, and integrations while maintaining security, traceability, governance, and change control.

Performs functional, regression, integration, API, exploratory, and autonomous testing for government software systems. Validates AI-generated test cases and execution results, investigates failures, identifies defects and coverage gaps, documents traceability, verifies fixes, and collaborates with developers and stakeholders. The role also follows Agile testing standards, established automation frameworks, and government security and access-control requirements.
