Provides frontline remote IT support, resolves hardware, software, access, MFA, and lockout issues, manages support tickets, administers user accounts and permissions, maintains IT asset records, and supports SSO and MDM migrations. The role also maintains documentation, performs access reviews, follows security procedures, and coordinates escalations across internal teams and vendors.
