Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. Drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor. Prioritize multiple accounts, use CRM/data-driven practices, and occasionally travel for conferences and customer events.
