Provides general legal advice and commercial support to Megaport’s global business. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating technology, sales, and supplier agreements; advising on regulatory, compliance, employment, privacy, and corporate matters; supporting disputes and legal operations; reviewing advertising materials; monitoring legislative changes; and assisting with special projects. The role partners closely with sales, business stakeholders, the Chief Legal Officer, and the broader legal team.

Manage and grow revenue through Megaport’s national reseller partner ecosystem across North America. Build relationships with partner sales, product, and leadership teams; coordinate joint sales opportunities, go-to-market strategies, marketing, and enablement initiatives. Onboard new partners, guide them through engagement stages, monitor performance, and increase partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue contribution.

Acts as a technical authority for global go-to-market teams, translating networking, compute, and storage platforms into customer-ready architectures. Creates technical guides, diagrams, reference designs, Terraform and API scripts, labs, demos, workshops, whitepapers, and deployment materials. Partners with Sales Enablement, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architects to align content with product releases, improve deal execution, and convert field feedback into GTM strategy and product requests.

Supports the US sales organization through commercial finance analysis, deal and pricing evaluation, commission management, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and business expansion cases. Acts as a finance business partner and liaison between US operations and the Australian finance team, providing insights for strategic decision-making and coordinating cross-regional financial activities.
