Own and build the company's outbound GTM engine end-to-end: design prospecting infrastructure, data pipelines, enrichment and targeting, implement and optimize GTM tools, enable SDRs, track performance metrics, and align cross-functionally to scale outbound.

Identify and qualify ecommerce prospects, execute multi-channel outreach (email, social, cold calls), manage and nurture a sales pipeline in CRM, design outreach strategies with sales leaders, support Account Executives on discovery calls, and contribute to sales process improvements.

Own a portfolio of funded US customers post-funding: onboard, monitor account health, drive renewals and upsells, reactivate dormant customers, manage escalations, improve NPS/CSAT, and feed customer insights into product. Use tools like HubSpot, Back Office, Aircall and AI support (Nova).
