Own the full net-new ERP sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation, forecasting, and contract execution. Build territory pipeline, engage senior finance and operations stakeholders, develop business cases, navigate multi-functional buying committees, and close complex six- and seven-figure SaaS agreements. Partner with Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and leadership while maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline data. Construction or asset-intensive industry experience and familiarity with construction ERP platforms are preferred.

Manage and collect overdue customer receivables, resolve billing disputes, post and reconcile payments, review aging reports, and prepare collection forecasts and delinquency reports. The role partners with sales and billing teams to clarify outstanding balances, reduce aged receivables, and support accurate cash-flow forecasting.
