Lead and build the finance function for a multi-entity, AI-native law platform. Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, cash and capital management, lender relationships, and acquisition financing. Support US market entry, M&A diligence and integration, investor and board reporting, and strengthen accounting controls while scaling systems and finance team operations.

Lead accounting for the Management Services Organization: own month/quarter/year-end close, consolidations, intercompany accounting, general ledger and US GAAP financial statements. Oversee AP/AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, cash reconciliations, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, technical accounting, systems improvements, and integration of acquired entities. Partner with FP&A and stakeholders to support reporting for management and investors.

Lead operational strategy and integration across acquired law firms, standardize scalable procedures, set KPIs, partner with Finance, People, Product and Engineering, drive change management and continuous improvement to boost efficiency, client experience, and profitability.

Own day-to-day HR operations for US employees across acquired businesses. Serve as primary HR contact, manage PEO relationship, ensure multi-state compliance, lead onboarding and M&A integrations, support benefits and payroll, build scalable HR processes, advise on employee relations and leave, and partner with People, Finance, and Operations to maintain accurate records and foster a high-performance, empathetic culture.
