Develop scalable support processes, training materials, canned responses, and client enablement resources. Triage tickets, assist Client Success Managers, and run Zoom training sessions to ensure operational excellence during campaign cycles.

Lead and close large, complex sales into the political sector: manage pipeline and forecasts, negotiate contracts, run demos, upsell existing clients, maintain HubSpot data, and meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

Own and drive enterprise nonprofit sales (> $50k/year) by managing pipeline, forecasting, negotiating contracts, running product demos, prospecting and upselling, maintaining HubSpot data, and coordinating with Client Success to meet quota and revenue goals.
