Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture and governance. Design scalable service management, portals, catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC, and workflow automation solutions. Partner with stakeholders, assess risks, mentor teams, and ensure compliance and alignment with enterprise standards and roadmaps.

Design, configure, and tune DLP controls across email, print, web, removable media and data-at-rest. Analyze DLP events, implement preventative controls, create dashboards and reports, integrate continuous security event ingestion with Splunk, and perform insider risk data mapping and remediation across cloud and network storage.

Provide advanced administrative support to the ACX Site Leader and site leadership, manage calendars, draft communications, coordinate meetings and events, track site budget, support onboarding and travel/expenses, maintain records, and handle confidential information professionally.

Lead SAP SAC planning implementation and ongoing support for commercial finance. Partner with commercial finance teams and consultants to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy planning solutions. Troubleshoot load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts; drive process improvements, automation, documentation, and integration with SAP actuals. Serve as SAC subject-matter-expert, coordinate patches/upgrades with BTS, and communicate progress to leadership and steering committee.

Support and optimize SAP BPC planning and management reporting processes, ensure actuals reconcile to reported results, provide ad-hoc reporting and user support, automate processes, maintain BPC environments, develop load rules/business rules/calculation scripts, manage data/hierarchies/security, and support patches, upgrades and migrations while documenting processes and training users.
