Owns the company’s global tax function, including tax planning, provision, compliance, transfer pricing, indirect tax, audits, and advisor management. Initially oversees treasury operations, cash and liquidity planning, investments, banking relationships, debt and royalty financing administration, and lender reporting. Partners with Finance, Legal, executives, auditors, and lenders while maintaining SOX controls, improving processes, and supporting the company’s transition from clinical to commercial operations.

Leads commercial legal support for Zenas’ anticipated first U.S. product launch, advising Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Compliance teams. Provides guidance on FDA promotional regulations, healthcare laws, market access, patient support, promotional review, agreements, training, policies, and launch strategy. Partners with Compliance, oversees outside counsel, supports diligence and corporate content, and serves as a strategic legal advisor in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The Director of Revenue Accounting will lead revenue recognition, gross-to-net, accounts receivable, and order-to-cash accounting before and after commercial launch. Responsibilities include ASC 606 policy development, GTN estimates, close activities, contract analysis, ERP and rebate-system implementation, SOX controls, audits, SEC reporting, forecasting, and process automation. The role partners with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Government Pricing, distributors, and other external partners.
