Performs manual, automated, regression, functional, feature, and accessibility testing for digital products. Builds and maintains test suites, documents test cases, tracks defects, verifies fixes, and identifies release risks. Administers course platforms and Shopify, maintains entitlement and product data, troubleshoots operational issues, and coordinates with vendors. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to maintain reliable releases and accurate platform configurations.

Lead development and evaluation of high‑stakes adaptive law‑school assessments. Perform psychometric and statistical analyses, manage test data and score reporting, ensure validity/fairness and test security, consult on test design, manage projects and vendors, communicate with external stakeholders, support research/publications, and mentor staff.
