The Administrative Assistant supports administrative functions for the Publisher and Editorial staff, managing schedules, correspondence, meeting coordination, and report preparation.

Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting, produce KPI dashboards and revenue analysis, perform budget vs. actual and cash flow analysis, deliver financial presentations to leadership and board, provide FP&A support to department heads, and produce ad-hoc financial reporting to inform strategic decisions.
