Lead and develop a global team of eight Account Executives to drive new business for a SaaS workplace booking platform. Coach, forecast, and scale the sales motion, partner with cross-functional teams, use AI and automation to boost efficiency, and provide reliable pipeline and weekly forecasts to the CRO while staying customer- and deal-focused.

Lead global People Operations for 110+ employees: manage employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions), benefits and performance programs, compliance, HR systems/data integrity, engagement surveys, and office experience. Partner with Talent on hiring and compensation benchmarking, improve HR processes, and support international contractors and EOR arrangements.

Own and execute experiential events, webinars, gifting, and ABM programs to drive pipeline. Manage strategy, logistics, promotion, outbound alignment, reporting, and budgets while partnering with Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps.
