Lead and coach the engineering team building AutoReview, an AI-powered mechanical design review product. Partner with Product on roadmap planning, feasibility, estimation, prioritization, and timelines. Maintain technical context to identify risks and dependencies, guide initiatives involving DFM checks, assembly analysis, and bulk workflows, and collaborate with applied ML teams. Establish clear ownership, support engineer autonomy, and help the team navigate evolving customer needs and AI technologies.

Embed with enterprise customers to solve mechanical engineering data, integration, and workflow challenges across PLM, ERP, QMS, and design systems. Implement AI-enabled CoLab workflows, validate AI-generated engineering results, identify product gaps, and develop scalable documentation and playbooks. Collaborate with account teams to quantify engineering and manufacturing value, convert incomplete data into executive narratives, support pilots/POCs, and create scalable value frameworks and enablement for revenue, product, and CS teams.

Develop backend systems for 3D AutoReview, including geometry parsing, model analysis, quality detection, rule systems, scalable APIs, and AI-assisted review workflows. Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and machine learning teams to deliver production features. Build extensible systems for custom 3D rules and reference data while experimenting with CAD, machine learning, and large language model technologies.
