Translates business requirements into scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse. Creates system documentation and SOPs, troubleshoots technical issues, supports deployments, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on requirements, estimates, prioritization, and post-deployment performance reviews.

Performs cost mapping, reconciliation, overhead allocation, variance analysis, and trend evaluation to ensure accurate, traceable program cost data. Supports audits, financial reviews, and recurring cost adjudication while mapping general ledger and job-cost data to contract-required WBS structures. Communicates financial findings and recommendations to program leaders, government stakeholders, contracting officers, DCMA, and legal teams, maintaining documentation and financial integrity.
