Own the HiBob HRIS, integrations, workflows, automations, people inbox, reporting dashboards, specialty projects, and program logistics. The role improves People systems, manages data flows, supports leadership reporting, and delivers an efficient employee experience in a fast-moving, fully remote startup.

Provide commercial and corporate legal support for a fast-growing fintech: negotiate and draft contracts, translate legal terms for internal partners, advise on regulatory/compliance issues, integrate legal workflows into product and go-to-market activities, and steward vendor and partner relationships.

Lead end-to-end product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for high-leverage fintech areas (Aggregation, Core Product, or AI). Own product strategy, collaborate with engineering and design, make data-driven tradeoffs, and iterate in-market to improve reliability, clarity, and member trust.
