The Director leads the upstream commercial strategy for Telix's PSMA imaging portfolio, focusing on market evolution and lifecycle management. They oversee cross-functional alignment, competitive intelligence, and the execution of high-impact initiatives while ensuring that commercial strategies support product development and market access needs.

Owns Salesforce governance, platform operations, data quality, request prioritization, user support, training, UAT, release management, and continuous improvement for commercial teams. Partners with IT, developers, reporting teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, enforce standards, improve adoption, and align Salesforce with commercial workflows and analytics needs.

The Sustainability Engineer will lead technical support for radiopharmaceutical preparation, manage tech transfer and manufacturing, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging in continuous improvement efforts.
