Leads Telix’s global business resiliency program, including business continuity, crisis and incident management, emergency preparedness, recovery planning, exercises, metrics, governance, and capability development. Partners with senior leaders and functions across global, regulated operations to identify risks, improve preparedness, align technology disaster recovery, and embed resilient practices throughout the organization.

Leads enterprise-wide strategic initiative portfolios, establishing governance, prioritization, reporting, financial evaluation, and value-realization frameworks. Advises executive leadership on investment decisions, synthesizes risks and insights, facilitates cross-functional alignment, and drives delivery across complex workstreams. The role requires independent execution, structured problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed pharmaceutical environment.

Coordinates end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, social, and events. Builds and deploys campaigns in marketing platforms, manages content and audience data, supports tracking and reporting, troubleshoots basic platform issues, and assists with event, webinar, lead capture, and nurture execution. The role also adapts basic creative assets while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

Provides transactional and operational logistics support for domestic and international radiopharmaceutical shipments. Builds scalable contracting infrastructure, improves self-service and legal intake, reduces outside counsel reliance, partners with IT and enterprise teams on technology delivery, and manages legal operations staff while supporting commercial and procurement contracting.
