Own a portfolio of technical B2B SaaS customers throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build executive and technical stakeholder relationships, connect integration capabilities to measurable business outcomes, manage forecasts and commercial negotiations, identify risks and growth opportunities, lead business reviews, and improve account-management processes. Partner cross-functionally with technical, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and support teams while serving as the customer’s internal advocate.

Leads the Engineering organization across two remote teams, directly managing, coaching, and developing engineers. Partners with Product to drive timely, high-quality delivery; staffs initiatives, develops technical leads, resolves cross-team risks, supports hiring, and contributes to architecture, technical debt, and scaling decisions. The role oversees execution, engineering process, quality, and team engagement while guiding a high-scale SaaS platform built with TypeScript, Python, Django, React, AWS, Postgres, and Redis.

Provide technical support and onboarding for customers building and troubleshooting integrations with third-party applications. Triage issues, debug API requests, authentication, and data-formatting problems, guide users through low-code and developer tools, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Account Management. Communicate customer trends internally while delivering an exceptional customer experience on a fully remote team.
