Manage execution and administration of EPC, O&M, supply and purchase agreements for New Leaf Energy's IPP and development businesses. Support drafting, negotiation, vendor evaluation, contract execution, recordkeeping, compliance with financing documents, change order and claims management, and development of standard templates and contracting systems. Identify and escalate contractual risks and support contract-related procurement and lender diligence activities.

Design Engineer I will support design, review, and permitting for commercial, government, and utility-scale solar PV projects (3–300 MW). Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, creating permit and 50% bid drawings, administering permitting/bidding support, adhering to design standards, milestone drawing reviews, and contributing to process and training improvements while collaborating with electrical, civil, and project teams.
