This role involves delivering high quality legal research services and coordinating with the Research & Information Services team to support client engagements.

The role leads complex projects, develops integrations using Azure Data Factory, Dell Boomi, REST APIs, and related technologies, and serves as a technical and functional resource for client teams.

Lead and deliver eDiscovery and data management engagements: assess, implement, enhance, remediate, and support eDiscovery programs; manage client relationships, project delivery, team development, and business development for legal technology solutions.

Lead legal technology engagements including requirements gathering, process review, system selection, configuration, testing, data migration, and change management. Produce deliverables (design docs, data maps, test scripts, training), manage project scope/timelines/budgets, coordinate with vendors and clients, and support business development and team growth.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with employees and leaders to implement HR initiatives, improve engagement, manage talent processes, and provide guidance on HR matters.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles with emphasis on AI talent. Partner with leaders to build sourcing strategies, pipelines, and candidate evaluation for LLMs, prompt engineering, ML, and AI governance roles. Maintain ATS data, report metrics, document recruiting best practices, and deliver strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Designs and delivers instructor-led and distance learning curriculum for law firm clients, creates training materials and quick references, coaches end users, supports onboarding, and promotes continuous improvement in technology adoption.

Support the Vendor Governance and Sourcing team in managing vendor relationships, conducting analysis, delivering presentations, and developing project plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
