Leads and develops a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and closing new business. Own and maintain the companys data infrastructure and pipelines. Design, build, and monitor ETL/ELT workflows and data architecture; integrate SaaS sources; enforce data quality, standards, and governance; partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data and meet data availability SLAs.

Design, build, maintain, and scale production backend services and integrations. Debug cross-service production issues, lead architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, improve engineering standards and tooling, release backward-compatible APIs, implement auto-scaling services, and architect real-time systems for syncing large data volumes.

Own and evolve Fieldwire's cloud production infrastructure and tooling: design and automate SDLC and IaC, ensure reliability and security, lead incident response and observability, mentor engineers, and drive platform architecture and process improvements.

Build and maintain production backend services at scale, develop new features and integrations, debug production issues, ensure API backward compatibility, implement efficient auto-scaling, improve tooling and engineering standards, and participate in on-call rotation.

Drive new SaaS revenue within mid-market construction accounts by building pipeline, managing full sales cycle from inbound prospecting to closed-won, collaborating with Hilti field teams, delivering demos, negotiating contracts, and meeting quarterly and annual quota ($500K new bookings). Travel periodically with sales teams and navigate complex deals involving pricing and legal stakeholders.
