Write high-stakes proposals, RFP responses, policy briefings, impact reports, and other government-facing content. Translate complex clinical, policy, and outcomes data into clear, persuasive narratives for policymakers and school decision-makers. Collaborate with government partnerships, sales, marketing, school success, and clinical teams; maintain reusable content libraries; and serve as the editorial quality bar for public-sector communications.

Lead and scale Cartwheel's revenue operations: own Salesforce architecture and GTM tech stack, build scalable pipeline/forecasting/deal desk processes, deliver reliable GTM reporting and analytics, partner with sales/marketing/customer success/finance, and manage a small RevOps team to improve productivity and revenue outcomes.
