Oversee accounting and statutory compliance for foreign entities, including US GAAP conformity, consolidations, currency translations, intercompany transactions, payroll, tax notices, accounts payable, reconciliations, commissions, and month-end close. Support acquisitions, audits, contract data troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with Finance Operations.

Drive modernization, CI/CD, automated testing, AI adoption in engineering and product features, improve delivery metrics, manage and mentor engineering leaders, define long-term architecture, reduce technical debt, and build repeatable onboarding and integration playbooks for acquisitions.

Lead ERP implementations by configuring, testing, training, troubleshooting, and supporting customers through go-live. Work with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, optimize processes, deliver training and documentation, and provide post-go-live hypercare while managing multiple customer engagements.

Run technical discovery and deliver tailored, discovery-led demos for Datacor ERP and add-ons, build business cases, manage a full pipeline with Account Executives, travel onsite for stakeholder demos, and hand off scoped documentation to Services for SOW creation.

Manage assigned ERP customers in Chemical and Food & Beverage verticals to grow recurring revenue by driving adoption, retention, upsell/cross-sell, renewal readiness, and serving as trusted advisor and escalation point.

Provide technical leadership across the simulation platform: define architecture, drive feature delivery, debug complex multi-module issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and mentor engineers to modernize and maintain the legacy Windows desktop codebase.
