Reviews attorney hearing reports for accuracy, investigates performance issues and complaints, manages failure-to-appear and compliance workflows, monitors attorney training systems, provides attorney support, and identifies process improvements. The role also assists with attorney training on the company platform and ensures performance issues are documented and resolved promptly.

Conduct high-volume recruiting outreach to legal process servers and gig-work candidates across the U.S. Source, screen, and vet applicants; build candidate pipelines and talent pools in ATS/CRM systems; execute outreach campaigns; track recruiting metrics and KPIs; and keep hiring managers informed about sourcing strategies, hires, and pipeline status.

Own end-to-end marketplace operations for the Southwest (priority AZ and TX). Balance supply and demand, recruit and manage high-volume servers, run pilots, respond to incidents, manage regional incentives and budgets, report market health, and feed learnings back to scale across the network.
