Manage complex global calendars, prepare meeting briefings, coordinate international travel and events, process expenses, maintain team resources (SharePoint, org charts), and liaise with senior stakeholders and counterpart EAs. Handle confidential materials with discretion and proactively manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, strategy-focused biopharma environment.

Lead and execute supplier contract audits to validate compliance, quantify financial impacts, and drive corrective actions. Analyze documentation, engage stakeholders, identify risk-based targeting and improvement opportunities, contribute to audit tools and processes, and support cross-functional projects and reporting.

Lead design and delivery of leadership and customer-facing skills programs for field teams. Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, build curricula, leverage AI and IT platforms, measure training impact, and drive change to improve performance across commercial functions.
