Leads brand strategy for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, developing brand, product, go-to-market, business, and creative strategies. Partners with clients, account, creative, scientific, and engagement strategy teams to conduct research, identify audience insights, shape value propositions, guide campaigns, lead workshops, and ensure executions align with strategic principles. Supports capability expansion and serves as a senior strategic advisor and brand steward.

Leads pharmaceutical client accounts, providing strategic counsel and managing senior relationships. Directs integrated omnichannel and digital marketing strategies, brand planning, campaigns, budgets, revenue projections, profitability, and agency teams. Facilitates client meetings, scopes new work, develops statements of work, resolves conflicts, and coordinates with agency, vendor, and media partners to drive measurable brand growth.

Leads the conception, design, and execution of integrated digital advertising campaigns from initial concepts through final delivery. Develops layouts and storyboards, collaborates with copywriters, editors, project managers, clients, suppliers, and agency teams, and manages multiple projects within deadlines and budgets. Oversees creative quality, mentors entry-level designers and art directors, allocates creative resources, presents work to clients, and maintains strong cross-functional relationships.

Creates and oversees integrated advertising campaign concepts, designs, layouts, storyboards, and final creative deliverables. Partners with copywriters, senior creatives, clients, studios, suppliers, and project teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Supervises entry-level designers and art directors, allocates creative resources, manages freelancers, presents creative concepts, monitors agency output, and supports new business efforts. Requires pharmaceutical advertising experience, strong presentation and communication skills, organization, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Creates polished, engaging presentations and visual assets for pitches, sales presentations, internal meetings, and client engagements. Structures narratives, organizes content, visualizes data, develops branded slide designs, and applies transitions and animation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors; manages reviews, deadlines, and feedback; and advises teams on visual communication, storytelling, and presentation best practices.
