Leads enterprise-wide FP&A strategy, annual operating plans, reforecasts, long-range planning, clinical trial forecasting, cash runway modeling, scenario analysis, and executive and board reporting. Partners with Clinical Operations, Global Program Teams, R&D, Commercial, Accounting, and corporate development. Builds scalable financial processes and systems, supports pre-commercial finance, and leads and develops the FP&A team.

Manage and enhance compensation, benefits, job leveling, benchmarking, annual pay planning, equity, bonuses, leave, wellness, recognition, and vendor programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR, brokers, and business leaders on competitive and compliant rewards strategies. Lead renewals, open enrollment, employee communications, workforce analytics, and HR process improvements while supporting employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
