Provides senior-level on-site and remote IT support for Boston employees, including endpoint provisioning, executive support, ticket escalation, identity and access management, cloud administration, networking, conferencing systems, asset management, and physical access control. Partner with leadership to align architecture and platform investments with product, research, and business priorities.

Leads pharmacy partner relations, retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across retail, mail, and specialty pharmacy accounts. Establishes scalable engagement models, strengthens executive relationships, promotes RxSense solutions, identifies account expansion opportunities, and leads account and relationship managers. Partners cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, underwriting, pricing, and contracting teams while channeling partner feedback into the product roadmap.

Architect and build AI-native production systems across a multi-language stack, design offline and online evaluation frameworks for LLMs, monitor live model behavior and drift, lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and prototype and ship AI capabilities while ensuring reliability and correctness in a regulated domain.
