Supports attorneys and business stakeholders on lending, payments, Banking-as-a-Service, contracts, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, reviewing loan closing packages and marketing materials, managing subpoenas, litigation and bankruptcy support, maintaining legal records, coordinating compliance and audits, supporting legal technology, and improving department processes. The role also assists with vendor contracting, third-party risk management, legal operations, reporting, and end-user support for legal systems.

Supports risk and control consultation across business processes, identifies operational and strategic risks, monitors key risk indicators, and helps implement controls and corrective actions. The role supports internal and external audits, translates control deficiencies into action plans, enhances governance practices, monitors open issues, and ensures compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.

Processes bi-weekly payroll, reconciles payroll and general ledger accounts, maintains employee payroll records, administers deductions and garnishments, supports payroll tax activities, resolves employee pay inquiries, prepares reports and journal entries, manages payroll system interfaces, and assists with audits and leave-related payroll processing.

Ensures investigative conclusions meet OCC, FinCEN, OFAC, and internal standards.

Develops, tests, documents, enhances, and maintains software solutions using Appian and related technologies. The role includes application development, process modeling, system integration, security remediation, performance improvement, user story analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration within an Agile software development team.
