Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Support attorneys by developing and tracking matter budgets, producing financial and RFP analyses, creating matter plans, coordinating data for client reviews, establishing legal project management best practices, and collaborating with IT to automate reporting and improve profitability tracking.

Lead pricing and legal project management functions: develop and model AFAs and fee arrangements, monitor matter budgets and profitability, build dashboards and analytics, centralize pricing data, coach attorneys, manage a Pricing & LPM team, and improve processes and tools (ServiceNow, BI platforms) to increase efficiency and profitability.
