Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Support Treasury operations by processing and releasing funds, managing bank accounts and signatories, resolving exceptions, producing treasury reports, administering banking system access, handling unclaimed property reporting, liaising with banks and vendors, and participating in process improvement and treasury projects.

Provide technical design, development, administration, and support for the company's Zendesk CRM (Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, Talk, Explore). Build/configure workflows, triggers, automations, macros, views, and dashboards; implement API and webhook integrations; develop Explore reports; troubleshoot in test environments; follow SDLC and change control; produce documentation and train users; collaborate with business partners and PMO.

Generate and distribute investor and trustee loan-level reports, analyze and reconcile remittances and pool-to-security differences, forecast principal and interest advances, remit funds (prepare wires), track cash/advance activity, maintain reporting systems, review payment history and posting accuracy, ensure compliance with investor servicing agreements and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with servicing departments on investor accounting tasks.

Prepare and distribute monthly investor accounting and loan-level remittance reports, forecast principal and interest advances, remit funds via wire transfers, reconcile pool-to-security and remittance discrepancies, validate cross-departmental data, and ensure compliance with servicing and investor agreements.
