The Salesforce Senior Consultant will support a multi-org environment, manage offshore developers, and interact with various teams to resolve issues effectively.

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM implementations and ongoing operations. Provide functional expertise across SCM modules, perform fit-gap analysis, resolve production incidents, conduct RCA, coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support, assess quarterly updates and Redwood UI transition, recommend AI/automation, produce documentation, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

Lead large, complex global Oracle and enterprise technology programs across concept through deployment. Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholder communications (including C‑Suite), and project artifacts. Ensure alignment to PMO methodology, support sales/scoping, and drive continuous improvement and troubled-project recovery.

Lead organizational change management strategy and execution for complex Oracle transformation engagements. Build stakeholder relationships, secure buy-in, activate change champion networks, develop communications and impact assessment tools, and support adoption through go-live. Manage workstream scope, hours, and commercial value while adapting to changing priorities and partnering with delivery leads across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.

Leads Oracle Cloud SCM consulting engagements from client discovery through implementation and delivery. Designs and implements solutions across supply chain planning, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, order management, logistics, product lifecycle management, and procurement. Manages requirements, process validation, configuration, testing, delivery teams, client relationships, and multiple projects while applying SCM best practices and coordinating global onsite-offshore support.

Lead global Oracle Cloud Financials implementations from requirements gathering through design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and support planning. Advise clients on financial processes, system architecture, Oracle best practices, and tailored solutions across core financial modules. Facilitate design workshops, manage documentation, collaborate with technical and functional teams, oversee project delivery, and mentor resources while managing client relationships and implementation timelines.

Designs, develops, deploys, and troubleshoots Oracle Integration Cloud APIs and integration flows connecting cloud and on-premise applications. Builds synchronous, asynchronous, and batch integrations using multiple connectors and integration patterns. Responsibilities include transformation, validation, error handling, security, technical design reviews, estimation, version control, change requests, stakeholder coordination, and resolving system and data issues.

Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations as a solution/engagement architect. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-module SCM processes, lead global onsite/offshore teams, drive Redwood UX adoption, evaluate and implement Oracle AI capabilities, advise executives on roadmap and best practices, and ensure secure, scalable integrations, reporting, and master data management while minimizing customizations.
