Creates and edits technical papers, manuals, policies, specifications, reports, user guides, procedures, and training materials for a Department of Defense program. Translates complex technical information into audience-specific documentation, collaborates with engineers and program stakeholders, maintains document libraries and version control, and performs final editorial and formatting reviews. Uses Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools. This is an onsite role requiring an active Top Secret clearance and 10% travel.

Provides administrative and human resources support to Air Force program leadership. Responsibilities include managing personnel actions, researching HR issues, preparing briefings and official documentation, coordinating senior-level meetings and conferences, tracking organizational initiatives and taskers, disseminating policy updates, managing virtual meeting technology, and supporting travel through DTS. The role requires handling sensitive information and supporting decision-making in a high-visibility defense environment.
