Leads second-line technology and cyber risk oversight for Sun Life’s U.S. business. The role owns the risk oversight program, challenges policies and control assessments, monitors incidents and key risk indicators, delivers executive and board reporting, assesses risk-management effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement. It also establishes strategy for evolving regulatory and technology risks, strengthens regional risk capabilities, and influences senior technology, security, business, and risk stakeholders while leading direct and indirect resources.

Provides enterprise leadership for workforce management, customer service analytics, contact center technology, and BPO partnerships. Oversees forecasting, staffing, dashboards, service levels, vendor contracts, invoices, performance management, budgets, technology roadmaps, and operational improvements. Leads managers and cross-functional teams while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Customer Service leadership to improve customer outcomes, control costs, and align outsourced operations with business needs.
