Own a portfolio of SaaS customers from onboarding through renewal. Drive product adoption, conduct check-ins and business reviews, identify at-risk accounts, coordinate upsell with Sales, track account metrics, relay feedback to Product, maintain account records in a CSM platform, and support renewals and M&A onboarding.
