Drives regional sales of professional AV products through technical presentations, customer outreach, cross-selling, and solution development. Supports ProAV integrators and sales teams by advising on product selection, facilitating system designs, training customers, attending industry events, tracking sales metrics, and identifying new opportunities. Requires at least three years of AV technology experience, strong client and executive relationship skills, 50% travel, and an active clean driver’s license.

Grows assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue, margins, order sizes, and transactions. Identifies new customers and competitive-conversion opportunities through outbound calling and ongoing account communication. Builds customer relationships, maintains CRM records, educates customers on products and industry developments, explains product benefits, and promotes ADI services and programs. Provides an exceptional shopping experience across in-store, phone, and online channels while meeting sales targets.

Develop new Datacom business and manage existing accounts across a designated Massachusetts territory. Sell network cabling, data center, and network hardware solutions; build customer and vendor relationships; execute regional growth strategies; present solutions; resolve escalated customer issues; support sales teams as a subject matter expert; and achieve revenue objectives.
