Validate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding; resolve claim edits and denials; analyze DHA/MHS revenue data; optimize charge capture and workflows in MHS GENESIS; lead audits, remediation, and executive reporting; and collaborate across clinical, coding, and revenue cycle stakeholders to reduce revenue leakage and ensure compliance.

Design and execute advanced analytics and statistical models to support revenue cycle surveillance and risk monitoring. Extract, validate, reconcile, and integrate MHS GENESIS and enterprise repository data. Develop and optimize SQL/Vertica queries, CCL/Discern extracts, dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO), and analytic deliverables. Support backend diagnostics, incident/change management, remediation analysis, and stakeholder briefings while ensuring HIPAA and federal data governance compliance.

Provide HIM and coding subject-matter expertise to optimize MHS GENESIS workflows, ensure compliant documentation and accurate coding, configure system logic, conduct audits, develop analytics and dashboards, support RCM functions, coordinate stakeholders, and lead training and reporting to support revenue integrity and audit readiness for the Defense Health Agency.

Provide administrative and operational support for Revenue Cycle Modernization initiatives within the MHS GENESIS EHR environment, including coordination, documentation management, task tracking, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and maintenance of governance artifacts to support program delivery and continuous improvement.
